  2. Uedit knows about the following files and may look for them.  See Setup file
  3. for copying instructions.  You can execute it by typing "Execute Setup" in
  4. CLI:

  6. Data!:
  7.     If you simply run UES, Uedit will look first in the Current Dir and, if
  8.     not there, then in S: for the Data! file.  You can override this using
  9.     the -d flag, by typing (in CLI)
  10.         Run UES -dMyDir/MyData
  11.  
  12. NoName.info:
  13.     If you have selected "Make icons", Uedit will create an icon when you
  14.     save the file to disk.  It looks in S: for NoName.info, to use it to
  15.     make make an icon for your file.  If NoName.info is not in S:, no icon
  16.     will be created.

  18. Key-Help:
  19.     Key-Help is only used when you use Teach Mode.  Uedit will look only
  20.     in the S: for Key-Help, unless you have renamed <S:Key-Help> to
  21.     <MyDir/MyKeyHelp> in your config's defaults and recompiled the
  22.     defaults.

  24. Help-Key:
  25.     Help-Key is used only when you use the Apropos command.  It should be in
  26.     the current directory or in S:.  The Apropos command is in a config file
  27.     and can be customized.

  29. Config!:
  30.     If you simply run UES, Uedit will look first in the Current Dir and, if
  31.     not there, then in S: for the Config! file.  You can override this with
  32.     the -c flag, however, by typing (in CLI)
  33.          Run UES -cMyDir/MyConfig

  35.     Note that Config! actually consists of several segments (H,M,P,R,S,Z) and
  36.     may consist of up 26 segments (A-Z) in addition to the root segment.
  37.     Also, Config! is not needed, unless Uedit can't find Data! or you use the
  38.     -c flag.

  40. Help!:
  41.     The help facility is controlled completely by a command in the Config!M
  42.     file or in whatever custom config you are using.  Uedit's standard
  43.     config looks first in the Current Dir and then in S: for the Help!
  44.     file.  Custom configs can use any help-filename and any directory to
  45.     contain it.

  47. Learn Sequences:
  48.     When you save a learned sequence, you are asked to specify a name for
  49.     it.  It is saved under the myDir/myLearnName that you specify.

  51.     When you load a learned sequence, you must give the directory/filename
  52.     where it can be found.  To get quicker performance, it's a good idea to
  53.     store learned sequences in RAM:.

  55. HyperSample & HyperSample.tbl:
  56.     These are used only when you use Hyper Text.  And these filenames are
  57.     mentioned only in Config!H which has the hyper text commands. 
  58.     Customizing Config!H customizes how hyper text is used.
